Are you struggling to conceive?

Do you feel like no one understands what you are going through?

Do you have feelings of shame or failure because you aren’t able to achieve what seems to come so easily for everyone else?

Does Facebook feel like a mine field with countless ultrasound photos and birth announcements?

Are you tired of people telling you to “just relax” or “just adopt”?

Do you hate feeling jealous when your loved ones announce that they are pregnant?

Does it feel like your life is consumed with trying to get pregnant?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may benefit from seeking infertility support.

how I can help

Dealing with infertility can be one of the most difficult, stressful experiences that you can go through, and yet all to often its something you go through alone.   Finding the right therapist to help you navigate the roller coaster of infertility is crucial. Many therapists say they work with infertility, but not all truly understand reproductive medicine. I sought help from several different providers at different points throughout my own journey. I remember feeling really frustrated having to spend valuable session time explaining the differences between IUI and IVF, ICSI and FET.   Not only do I understand all the plethora of acronyms that come with trying to conceive, I also understand what it feels like to have to make decisions about whether to use them and what it feels like if you do.    My hope is to use my professional and personal experience to help empower you in a time when you feel so powerless.
